Free funding assessment questionnaire
The /funding-match page is available without an account or payment. When online sending is connected and you submit, the reviewed answers and contact details are sent through our server and email provider to info@lookfundings.com for our team to assess funding opportunities and reply. A text copy is included in the notification email. This form makes no AI request and does not publish answers, save them in your account database, or subscribe you to marketing. Unsent answers stay only in this page's memory; download a copy before leaving. We keep submitted answers in the team's mailbox to handle the enquiry and follow-up. For questions or deletion requests, contact info@lookfundings.com. Temporary anti-abuse counters use hashes, not a stored copy of your answers. Email acceptance is not a guarantee of inbox delivery.
Programme-specific document import
In the EIC and FFplus workspaces, PDF, DOCX and text files are read in your browser. Original files are not uploaded by this import tool. Extracted text is kept with your questionnaire and draft; signed-in draft autosave sends that draft, including its evidence text and history, to the connected Supabase database. Import only documents you have permission to use.
Kamilė: bring your own template
The application studio (/write) reads PDF, DOCX, TXT and Markdown files locally in your browser. The original file is not uploaded. Extraction is limited to 5 MB files, the first 20 PDF pages and up to 16,000 characters; there is no OCR for scanned pages. Suggested sections are an editable local outline, not a completeness or compliance check. Compare the questions with the original, including tables, word limits and any omitted pages.
Kamilė: AI and browser storage
When you request real AI generation or revision in the application studio, the bounded extracted template text, reviewed questions, project facts and existing answers are sent through our server to OpenAI. Merely importing a template makes no AI request. Demonstration mode makes no request to the AI provider, although requesting a demonstration still sends the draft to our application server. Saving a custom-template draft on this device is opt-in and account-scoped; it is not cloud-synced or encrypted by this app. One saved custom-template draft is kept per account in this browser. Use the removal control to delete that browser copy, avoid shared devices and export before replacing work. The Word export is a new review document and does not preserve the original layout, tables or form fields.
Kamilė: private account storage
Choosing Save to my account sends extracted template text, reviewed questions, project facts and answers to our connected Supabase database through the application server. Later edits to that application are saved automatically. Original uploaded files are not stored. Your verified account controls access; this is not end-to-end encryption. You can keep up to 10 applications, 5 manual checkpoints per application and 8 MB of application content including checkpoints in total. Restoring a checkpoint preserves the current cloud draft as another checkpoint, subject to the same latest-five limit. Cloud storage does not consume AI allowance. Existing browser-only drafts are not silently uploaded.
Company library
Reusable company profiles are currently stored in this browser, separately for each signed-in account. They are not a cross-device document vault. Avoid storing confidential information on a shared device. The evidence snapshot in a saved proposal travels with that proposal.
Programme-specific AI requests
Generation and section improvements in the EIC and FFplus workspaces send your project information, relevant text and applicant-confirmed facts to the configured OpenAI service through our server. Complete imported evidence-document bodies are not included in those prompts; the custom-template studio has the separate transmission rules described above. Explore mode may also read your company website. Application mode does not automatically read that website; add and confirm any relevant source claims yourself. AI review sends your proposal sections and reviewed context. Provider data handling is governed by the provider's terms; we do not promise zero retention.
You control AI changes
AI refinements require your acceptance before replacing a section. Earlier snapshots can be restored in programme-specific drafts. In the custom-template studio, keep a cloud checkpoint or export a copy before replacing answers; autosave does not create checkpoints automatically. Free structural checks do not use an AI model; an optional AI reviewer uses one improvement from your allowance and is not an official evaluator. An AI suggestion is not a completed human expert review or a booked consultation.
Evidence is not verification
Confirming a fact means you have reviewed it. It does not make the claim independently verified. Check every citation, assumption, financial figure and current call requirement before using an exported working draft.
Local copies and deletion
Account & data controls let you download cloud records and browser-only data separately, delete individual cloud documents with their checkpoints, clear this account's local copies, and record an account-deletion request. Removing a source from one answer does not erase it from older snapshots. Cloud deletion does not remove browser copies, earlier downloads or provider backups. Account-deletion requests need manual operator review and do not automatically cancel subscriptions. The operator's retention policy and operational backup process must be finalized before confidential customer use.
